Pacific Blue News August 2022
Pacific Blue becomes a lush beautiful property during the rainy season. Regular chopping is a very important aspect to keep the jungle from overtaking our lots.
Reminder to pay your HOA fees!
Rainy season has really hit us in the last few months. Our goal is to continue to maintain the value of your investment through keeping your land secure and manicured. Recently we had a big chop completed, so we thank you for you continued support in paying HOA fees. Please remember to send in your maintenance fees or communicate payment plan to infopacificblue@gmail.com
Administration worked with a supplier from San Jose to clear all owners’ properties in good standing with HOA payments. We had a crew of six men working for two days. They chopped 40,000 square meters of land clearing brush manually using machetes, grass cutters and chain saws clearing smaller trees. These trees quickly grow to maturity throughout the rains.
Rainy season reaches its peak during the months of October and November with torrential downpours for two weeks nonstop. Heavy rains are certainly factors to consider when building homes in Costa Rica.
Did you know that two brothers from Costa Rica are NASA technicians?
Tico Times published that Costa Ricans Joe and Alex Mora were two of the NASA /JPL aerospace technicians who helped build the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) which was launched into space on December 25, 2021. The JWST is a space telescope developed by NASA with contributions from the European Space Agency and the Canadian Space Agency.
The James Webb Space Telescope is a space telescope designed primarily to conduct infrared astronomy. As the largest optical telescope in space, its greatly improved infrared resolution and sensitivity allows it to view objects too old, distant, or faint for the Hubble Space Telescope.
