Pacific Blue is a beautiful secluded gated community of approximately 60 property owners and it’s located near Playa Tambor on Ballena Bay in the province of Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

We are an eclectic mix of families and retirees from varied geographic and cultural backgrounds, who enjoy nature and a relaxing lifestyle.

Pacific Blue is surrounded by lush vegetation, nestled behind a small mountain along the beautiful Pacific coastline.

We are situated in a very special neighbourhood in a very special place. Owning your piece of paradise offers you a rich dynamic ecology and diversity of flora and fauna. Nature presents itself daily with the call of Scarlett Macaws, howling of the aptly named Howler monkeys and the song of various bird species. You have many recreational activities to experience and ample opportunity to make friends with locals. Play a round of golf, take a trip out to the ocean for sportfishing or whale watching, volunteer for turtle conservation programs, take a yoga class or simply enjoy a quiet afternoon on the beach of your choice. Tasty international restaurants and nightlife is a 4x4 drive to beach towns such as Santa Teresa, Malpais or Montezuma.
