Pacific Blue Annual General Meeting In Playa Tambor

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all! What a great way to start 2023. We are excited to announce our Annual General Meeting, Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Tambor Tropical Resort, Tambor, Costa Rica.
This event is a great opportunity to join all owners and vote for new DIRECTORS for your Pacific Blue HOA Board. This year we are holding an in-person meeting and conference call for all who cannot be here. In order to vote you will require all your HOA fees to be paid and that owners are in good standing. If you cannot attend in person you must provide a notarized proxy as proof of ownership in order to vote. Proxies to be issued in early February. We encourage all to get involved in engaging discussions about your investment.
Your participation is key to our success. Please RSVP by February 1, 2023 whether you will be attending in person or on our conference call. See you soon!

See sample bio below for your information to ensure you meet the criteria. Please note all nominees must be in good standing with HOA fees.

Sample Bio -
Kyle Healey was a licensed realtor with the Toronto Real Estate board for six years. As administrator at the Avondale Luxury Condominium in Toronto he arranged events to bring the condo community together.
Kyle was Treasurer for the newly launched Board of Directors, at Pinnacle Condominium Toronto for six years.
Kyle has been living full-time in Costa Rica for more than eight years and also holds a position on the Home Owners Association of Pacific Blue Board since its formation. Kyle and his wife Barbara have a home in Pacific Blue.
