How to Pay Your Property Taxes Online
*corporate and property taxes are due by January 31st to avoid late payment interest.
Enter your log in information and your password.

2. Enter in the OTP from either the app or from the FOB provided to you by the bank.
3. Go to “Pagos” and from the drop down menu select “Municipalidades”
4. Select “Puntarenas” from either the drop down menu or from the map.
5. At the bottom of the screen select “Cobano” then select either Pagos Parcial or Pago Total.
6. In the “Valor a Consutar” window enter your property number and make sure in the drop down menu above it says “Identification”. Your property number is at the top of your Registro National document.
7. Press “Continuar”
8. On the next screen double check all your information to make sure in is correct, if so click “Procesar”
9. On the final screen either take a screen shot, download the information or print for you records.
